My name is Kevin Thomas I am 24 years old, I was born on April 21, 1995! I am from Davenport, Oklahoma, its a small town with a bunch of great people that i am proud to be from! I have 3 siblings; 1 older brother (Keith Thomas-34) 1 older Sister (Keisha Thomas- 29) and an younger Sister (Kristin Thomas- 21). I also was blessed with two Amazing parents, My Father who did all he could who passed away in 2011 and a Mother who is probably the strongest person I know. so I am truly blessed! I am currently working at Extreme Inflatables in Shawnee, OK! I like it, its a fun job where you get to be around and meet a lot of different people and you also get to bring joy to the people you are serving!
One of my favorite things to do is Play the Drums, I Have been playing since i was about 6 or 7 maybe even earlier! I certainly have a passion for it. I would also say it is one of my spiritual gifts. i also like to build things! I am pretty good with my hands. I used to not like to do it, bu then i seen that i was able to bless people with the talent that God had blessed me with so I have grown a love for it.
According to my Meyers Briggs I am a (ISPF). I would say my Spiritual Gifts would be Exhortation, Teaching, and Faith! I also am really good at making those around me feel comfortable for some reason and feel as if i am someone they can talk too. My weaknesses are confidence in myself and my abilities, procrastination, and probably responsibility. For the most part i am an introvert until you get to know me and i start to feel comfortable i become an extrovert.
The reason i am pursuing the World Race, is because i feel God has truly called me to do this. He has put me through many different trials, tribulations, and test in the past 4 years that have conditioned my heart to burn with a passion and a desire to spread the message of Gods Love, Peace, Joy, Grace and mercy to those who have not even had the chance to know the name Jesus and are in need of a savior. I believe everyone should at least get a chance to hear about the treasures that Jesus has to offer them. There are so many people across the Globe that have lost hope and have nothing to hold on to, and if i could tell them of a God that will bring them life and hope and bring Gods light to a dark situation then that what i am going to do. I have experienced first hand what it was like to be in total darkness without the Love and Grace of Jesus which ultimately leads to a spiritual death and a void in your heart that can only be filled by Gods love. Yet he saved me and lifted me up out of the pit and showed my his Love, Peace, and Joy that honestly the whole world needs more of! After God did that for me I gave him my life to be a living sacrifice for his kingdom and bring glory to his Holy name in all that i do, allowing him to work in me and through me and he led my heart to do this!
